We are proud to own a seven-color flexo printing machine that operates at high speed, allowing us to meet our customers’ short lead times. This machine can save you a significant amount of packaging costs. But how, you may ask? When we achieve high-quality flexo printing, it becomes almost indistinguishable from offset printing. If you want a box with full-color printing but within a limited packaging budget, please consider our high-speed flexo printing machine. You may even mistake it for offset printing!
The most challenging step in box printing is the chromatography, which takes at least 20 minutes. Unlike offset printing, flexo printing is not fully automatic and requires manual adjustments for accurate chromatography. In our factory, each print run is closely monitored by a trained professional who uses their expert eye to identify and correct any errors quickly. We continuously strive for improvement, whether it be in color or print position, until a perfect product is achieved.

In the past, we used to glue the boxes by hand, but now we have switched to using machines. While one person could previously glue 2,000 boxes by hand in a day, the machine can glue 100,000 boxes in the same amount of time. Moreover, the glue machine ensures that the boxes are properly glued without any mistakes, making them sturdier.
